If the specific size or shape you desire is not available, we recommend selecting the next size up and providing us with your custom specifications through a message. This will help reduce the likelihood of returns.

We strongly recommend ordering a 6"x6" (unbound) sample prior to placing a custom rug order. This will allow you to see the exact color, thickness, and quality of the rug before committing to a full-size custom piece. Seeing the sample in person can help ensure that the final product meets your expectations, as computer monitors, phones, and iPads may not accurately represent the true color and appearance of the rug.
